Sorry to hear that, but the cost to return an item is set by Ebay at the current shipping rates. Shipping even a small item has become insanely expensive these days. We also did not deduct our initial shipping cost. It's unfortunate.. wish shipping would get cheaper, but I do not see that occurring.
