This seller was an absolute nightmare from the start. The product was not shipped for two weeks after payment was received. The seller haphazardly wrapped a 50+ pound piece of fragile electronic equipment in bubble wrap then stuck it in a box composed of two separate pieces and barely secured it with tape. When the package arrived to the UPS location it was absolutely destroyed. Package was sent back to the seller and the seller refused to accept it. eBay needed to intervene. Avoid at all costs.
