We test all bulbs prior to shipping and mark them for identification with month and year tested. We allow returns for a reason; 1. we make it impossible to return anything other than what we send out (the #1 reason most folks do not allow returns on light bulbs) and 2. we only ship brand new factory fresh merchandise (unless marked vintage). We encourage returns because that allows us to build a loyal following of customers since 2004.
