Problem is not the seller but the DVD. The sound is a second behind. So in other words, you hear actors speak but lips move later. Maybe this isn't a problem with non-native speakers but is annoying when sound and sight are not simultaneous. Note: this problem does not happen in VHS. Go figure.

Purchased Season 1, 2, 3 of Little Bear. Menus are all Korean, but DVDs are region-free & play just fine. The problem is the Season 2 disc. It lists the following chapters on the package: Chapter 1 (episodes 1 - 10), and Chapter 2 (episodes 11 - 19). However, when you select the "Scene Selection" menu on the disc, it lists Chapter 1 twice! Chapter 2, a full 9 episodes, is completely missing from the disc! My guess is it was a cheap, overseas manufacturer w/next-to-no QA process. Just beware.
