Looks like cheap junk and the design work on the lady makes her look like a 65 year old cougar who smokes 2 packs a day. Seller doesn't have item and said it's the manufacturers fault. Seller did offer for me to return it but I attempted to fix it with a hack saw and then drilling out the lady but it broke apart.
