I knew this item was used, but it could have been cleaned before sending, old bits of meat dropped out and blade covered in fat!

It was cleaned. Sorry, I had no idea I had missed a bit. I did my best, but one cannot immerse the thing in water as it's electrical. I am a disabled pensioner and lately have had trouble with my eyesight, so sorry if it was not pristine. You have now ruined my otherwise 100% perfect feedback, which is too harsh as you would have washed it before using it anyway!
