I recieved the Garmin 2010C in 2 day,s. Powered the unit up and the screen was blank. I emailed the seller and he called me within 30 minutes. Explained the problem and he agreed to take the unit back and repair or replace as needed also refunded the shipping cost. He repaired the unit and I had it back in less than a week.
