This window regulator is cheaply made and bent on me resulting in the arms no longer being useful. I tried two of them and both had that same exact issue. I relaxed with a used one from junk yard and have had 0 issues since.
I reached out to the company in hopes to make it right before I posted this review and did not receive a response.
