    The buyer accusation has no sense and the negative feedback is absolutely unfair. We don't know Customs charges in every country. According to eBay rules seller is not responsible for Customs charges; it is responsibility of buyer to learn about his Customs charges before ordering. The buyer demanded us to pay his Customs charges or threatened us with negative feedback. We offered buyer to return the overcoat for the full refund, he refused and I hope he will enjoy our high quality overcoat.
