It is a full, crisp note with smooth edges. There are some light folds, but no heavy stains. However, there are dozens of tiny pinholes (I lost count). Perhaps this is on the low end of Very Fine (VF20). The light yellow-green seal does cost more. Anyway, it arrived in four days. At $1404 (includes shipping), I got a great deal, and I highly recommend buying from this seller!
