    The hub arrived and it appeared to be in good condition but I soon found out that the zigbee and zwave do not work and there's no way I can enable them. Waste of money since I bought it for those features.

    The buyer never contacted me with any issues regarding I have sold 4 of this same identical item without any returns or issues The unit was factory reset and was tested before shipping I have been selling on ebay for over 20 years and work extremely hard to maintain a positive review and treat every sale and customer the same way I would want to be treated I have since reached out to thre buyer and and no response I guess I can't please everyone have a great rest of your day
