I had to interact repeatedly with FedEX because the item was held at customs until I declared myself the "importer" and signed several forms that FedEX filled out to the best of their ability. In addition to the purchase price, I had to later reimburse FedEx for an unexpected customs fee of $154.13. This made the item just as expensive as buying from a car dealer. Not worth it!
