    After I actually bought the collector's edition they pretty much stopped responding to me and in the description the item is listed as brand new, never opened, with some shelf wear. I didn't think much of it but when I got the package and opened it the game case was out side of the box and obviously resealed because the game disc itself was loose and scratched. The chest itself was semi opened and the boxes inside were also beat up a little bit? I recorded myself unboxing it and it's upsetting.

    Bro sent 15+ messages over the course of a few months asking the same question over and over, condition was very clear in photos and answered the question every time. Continued to ask the same question after purchase, so I don't know here.
