The box of the item suffered minor denting on the corner, but was otherwise fine. The controller feels satisfying in the hands, and has a nice sound and click. It arrived sealed, in perfect condition as advertised. There are cheaper sellers for this particular item, but the value is still pretty good from what I've seen.

Product is legit and from Mihoyo, the attention to detail and overall build quality is perfect!
