Packaging was kept in very good condition and resealed in attempt to pass off as new. When I opened the item, the keyboard was covered in dust, had grime underneath the keys, a dead LED, and the space bar stabilizers were mushy. I got a refund for the item, so I respect that the seller rectified the situation, but overall I am extremely dissatisfied because it wasn't until after I sent a very stern message that they agreed to it.
