      Gave partial refund and I only accepted because I needed the item for an upcoming event and didn't have time to acquire another. Seller mentioned the item had no rips or tears and that was true...they didn't mention that it would very noticeably reek of cigarette smoke. Buttons look like they were sewed on by me when I was in 5th grade...and that's not good. Please do better.
