He collected them all from my warehouse with eBay local pick up, and he shipped them to his customer in Germany by arranging his own shipment with fedex international and he said the pallet arrived to his customer in damage condition. He arranged all shipping from my warehouse by his own shipping company and we provided all the pictures of my products before. they had no damage and now they are saying that I need to collect the pallet back from Germany. I am reporting them
