    we did our very best to help this customer. He said that he received the item in damage condition and I offered him a replacmeent or refund immediately. he started the return case then I provided the return label and while I was waiting for returning item, he closed the case and then he said he can not wait for return and replacmeent and he left this feedback while i was trying to communicate with him. I am not sure what else i can offer to him
