Based on the series Shonen Jump Naruto, Ninja Council 3 requires players use the stylus and touch screen to complete special jutsu techniques and defeat the enemy in such modes of play as "Timed," "Scroll Collection," and "Head-to-Head." Each of the 20 playable characters comes with their own moves, and gamers may combine attacks through an interchangeable system for higher hit points.
