The big problem with my "Brand New" iPhone 12 mini was that it wasn't new. If it were, the battery wouldn't be running at 87%. It looks new but the battery dies after 4 hours of usage. I know that a new iphone wouldn't be doing that. I would return it, but I have no other phone to use, so I'm stuck with it. Perhaps the company should pay me to get Apple to install a real new battery.
