Fast shipping. Tag on this item is described as mainly cotton but the feel of it is a type of polyester spandex. Also, the sizing runs small for a size Large, so I wish I had requested to see how it measured flat prior to purchasing because the hips on this dress are narrower than a typical size Large. If someone doesn't understand how certain materials feel, I can understand the discrepancy but this is definitely a case of the label being incorrect; it is not a cotton blend material.
