Great eBay seller. Product was exactly as per the photos. In fact I think the camcorder looked even newer then the photos! Had numerous messages through eBay with the seller and, even though it was a Saturday evening, they quickly replied to my enquiries. After receiving the camera I tried it out and it works perfectly.
