The item was listed as brand new but arrived with 6 of the 12 tabs all pretty creased and what seems like some wear at the spiral binding on the back.. I'd be shocked if that much creasing and binding wear happened during the shipment. It is certainly "like new" and is in good condition otherwise, but I doubt this book was brand new, as listed.
