On the one I got the battery was in bad shape (41% capacity) and the keyboard had some sticking/dead keys. There was a sticky substance like old soda that was on a portion of the palmrest and keyboard. It's obvious they didn't take the time to inspect it before shipping.
Other than that everything else works fine such as screen rotation and tablet-mode.
