I received several "new" games with significant defects that were not disclosed in the images or descriptions. The Last of Us, God of War Saga, and God of War Ascension had scratched barcodes (scratched through the seal and onto the actual case plastic). Tekken Hybrid had a minor indent on the cover art, and Buzz Quiz World had a hole punch. Nowhere in the listings were these defects mentioned, nor were there any images showing the backs of the games. This feels deceptive and misleading.

A small cut is not a "significant" defect. Neither is a hole punch. He is keeping the items yet complains with negative feedback. The games condition are new and sealed they came directly from Sony rewards website.
