Listed as new in another box. Obviously not new. Not a big issue but consulted the seller about possible 20% refund or credit and then even 10% with no avail. Sent pictures. Plastic on inlet was browned from usage and smelt of gas very badly. Possibly refurbished and tested but definitely not New as described. Seller did offer to refund but my customer was already back on the road so it cost me 100$ from them due to used/ refurbished parts. So neutral is how I stand, wish I could upload a smell
