Absolutely not, as described as "New". Just based off condition of box. Definitely damaged and not from shipping as the item was actually well packaged meaning the item was damaged before packaged also meaning the seller failed to note these condition as well as failing to communicate with buyer over said issues. Pics clearly show damaged box. I must now open my collectors item to evaluate if damaged item is inside based on box damage further removing value. Honestly is best policy!
