Awful! This large framed print arrived 04/30/24 with the glass of the frame shattered. No effort was made to protect the glass for shipping, just packed in cardboard! I worked for hours to "box" the shards for safe disposal. I wrote the seller on 05/01/24 to resolve the issue, heard nothing back so requested a refund of half the cost. Ebay then refunded the total cost but this nasty seller then wrote me that he had "banned" me from his sales - like I'd want to buy anything from him EVER again!
