Fast ship, beautiful item, and excellent packing job to ensure survival of delicate items. I'm not docking for my one complaint, and that is one of the cups is a wobbler (curve to the foot). That really should have been disclosed. Since I only wanted one cup & saucer anyway, it's only mildly disappointing (I can't gift it). Otherwise an excellent transaction.
