Item shown working in original listing and was likely damaged during shipping. Upon receiving(one) request from buyer i replied within 30 minutes to offer a solution or refund. Since receiving the complaint i have reached out several times to offer excellent customer care and the only response so far is negative feedback. An unnecessary first course of action to take since eBay protocol standards for returns and 100% refund options are available. Hopefully this can be removed!
