Waited over 2 weeks and never arrived. Then when I reached out to the sellers. I got no response. So I had to get EBay involved to get resolution.

Item was advertised to fit various vehicles including a 2024 Yukon which I ordered for. It did not. It was 2+ inches short and the ends did not much the corresponding depression in the vehicle. The packaging and box were extremely rough. When returning the item to Ebay I uploaded pictures and description for the reason I was returning. I have since ordered and installed it from GMC Dealer. I received a refund less $16.70 for return shipping. Why should I pay for the seller's mistake?
