There were significantly more lego parts missing than stated...for a lot of money.

The title mentioned that the item was 95% complete. The description also stated that it was not complete and that clearly stated "What you see in the photos is what you buy" The photos clearly showed that the item was not complete.
You did not request to return the item. If you had, you would have received a full refund. You are now asking for a partial refund. The only option I offer if someone is not satisfied is a full return/refund. It is unfortunate that we could not resolve this issue.
