Great necklace but locket arrived with a piece of the front broken. An old repair that was glued and must have jolted free in the mail. Needs to be soldered back together as well as a few other parts of the chain were not original and need to be replaced. Tried to resolve the problem with the seller but they were not answering messages and not willing to do anything. Like I said, cool necklace but horrible customer service regarding a simple solution.
