The item was new in an unopened box as seller stated. Seller mailed the item the same day as ordered, however, USPS Ground Advantage was used as the shipping method and it took the postal service 28 days to get it to me. I emailed the seller and he kindly compensated me for the delay by issuing a partial credit to me. Item looks great, and I am pleased with the price and the credit. I feel seller was fair and would do business with him again.
