Bed shouldn’t be called and orthopedic bed because is doesn’t have the foam support they lay on, except some fluffy padding but my dog actually when he sits in the bed, does not have any cushion between the hard floor and the patting. In other words, he sits on a hard floor. But otherwise the bed is fine. I recommend this more for dog under 20 lbs.
