I wish the seller added that the hat is flimsy and flat when you sit it down.. the pictures looked deceiving, as if the cap had something to hold it up. I have to buy a crown insert which isn’t too bad but just inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear you were disappointed. We thought the pictures did a good job of conveying that. For example, in picture 6, where it shows the hat being flimsy, you can see that it doesn't stay up as firm as other hats.
