The seller didn't wrap the product well. When the item was arrived I could hear the broken glass shaking. Asked seller to claim the damage loss he seemed very passive. Asked to refund partial of damage amount he didn't take any action. I wouldn't recommend this seller, don't buy things from him because he use UPS which is not a good carrier.

Sorry the item was broken in transit. Threatening me demanding money back when you refuse to file a claim with UPS for shipping damages is ridiculous. Buyer Messaged me prior to ordering asking for reduced shipping. I worked on packaging over an hour to save her $30 and the item was well packed. I can't file the shipping claim because pictures of the item/packaging & buyer's real name are required. I do not have this information. FILE A SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIM already.
