Issue began when I was sold a product that was not in stock and was shipped a different product. The way this situation was handled when I contacted seller was an experience in abhorrent customer service. Seller called me a liar and stupid for having contacted eBay support regarding my concerns about being scammed. Seller had no grace for a disappointed/confused customer.
While I understand that mistakes happen, this seller was extremely rude and unprofessional.
