Was impressed by the express post and service but not so impressed with the broken piece unfortunately had to remove and replace the broken piece with the one from the old converter luckily I noticed it and didn’t cook the ol girl and no I didn’t break it when installing it sh1t happens I’m still happy with it was just frustrating to find once installed

Hi, sorry for this tom happen to you, the broken piece you are referring to is one water fitting on the unit, don't know how it could of broken, it could of happened on our end when handling or could of happened in transit(post) We normally check item thoroughly before we post items and did not notice the damage.Please note: most suppliers of these units do not supply water fittings with these units(usually extra cost) so again sorry for this to happen to you, allcarparts dot com team member.
