I wish I’d have specified shipping requirements. Saxophone was not secured in the case and may have taken damage in shipping. The instrument now requires serious adjustments to play. I have no way of knowing if this occurred during shipping, but I have never received a horn in the mail that was just haphazardly placed in the case.
