Listing title states TESTED NO SRATCHES - however, one of the four games had a deep gouge I can feel with a fingernail. Disc is unreadable and unplayable. There was also sauce of some kind on the top of the disc. After cleaning it good, I was unable to play the disc. I had to purchase on xbox marketplace for 11.99 - defeating the purpose of buying a used copy on ebay.

I never got this case, so I got with the seller about it. She called USPS to see if they knew where it's at. She was told they would call her back, but never did. She told me to put in for a refund, which I did and I got my money back.
