Da das Buch zu meiner großen Enttäuschung auf dem Postweg "verloren" gegangen ist, kann ich leider nur den Service des Verkäufers bewerten, an dem es nichts auszusetzen gibt - immer eine schnelle Reaktion auf meine Rückfragen, ehrliche Bemühungen um ein Wiederauffinden der Büchersendung, Erstattung als klar wurde, dass es kaum Hoffnung gibt, dass mich das Buch noch erreicht.
