I was sceptical due to Hornby controllers not being exactly perfect in use. I have a Bachmann Ultima which works well but the functions only go to 20. Making 21+ lost. Not much of a problem, but when lighting functions are 21+ it then is. I originally tried this dongle out plugged into a Select controller and the results were wobbly to say the least. Bluetooth etc connected no problem, but loco functions became confused. Swapped to an Elite controller and all worked flawlessly. Easy to use too.
