As described! Fast shipping! They did turn out to he too small, but it's because the brand switched from velcro closures to tight slip-ons, which make them hard for my daughter to pull on. I'll have to get the next size up, but that's nothing to do with the seller! Vans should keep velcro closures until big kid sizes start in my opinion. Thank you!
