The seller listed the item as 18K SOLID GOLD I got it tested by two different jewelers and it was in fact GOLD PLATED. The seller refused to send me a USPS or UPS Label to return the item.

Reported scammer, currently have an open case. Bought an item claimed it was fake with no proof then opened a chargeback to keep the item even though forcefully agreed a return. Returns label provided yet they didnt want to return, has extorted me on negative feedback for weeks.
Ebay is aware of it and they will be penalised. Reported them to the bank and Ebay with plenty of evidence ! GLORIA PAUL NJ, FRAUDSTER.
Never heard of such a shady customer - wants to have an item for free!

The bracelet is exactly as described with close up images, models wearing the bracelet and I have started to include images of the bracelet from pervious customer orders - no complaints!
I dont know what you expected but you purchased the item and I fulfilled your order, it is the exact dimensions 18cm - I dont believe a child's bracelet is 18cm! Note I do take pictures of the items prior to sending in case of bad customers and scammers. I have an image of this order and its the same!
