I did not receive my merchandise or a refund, even after the seller said she would process one as clearly the sweater never shipped per USPS. Ebay and the seller were both very unhelpful and after I initiated a payment dispute with my payment method Ebay decided to close the request. Very disappointed especially since this was clearly a seller error and according to the tracking number on the item USPS never received the item for shipping.
