However, it didn't hurt the transmission, it was just tipped over, more strapping is needed. Maybe this was an isolated incident. I contacted them with photo's in case there was any damage to the transmission. They were willing to stand by the transmission and offer support. Thankfully we had no issues and their communication was top notch!
