Was so excited to win this sandal lot - but when they arrive two pair were damaged. No where in the description or on any pictures were the damages shown. After receiving, the seller said she didn’t know the were like that. I wanted to send only those two back for a discounted refund. Seller wanted them all back. I don’t understand why she wouldn’t work with me when she’s the one who was misleading in her posting. Purchased with caution & ask to see more photos so you don’t get ripped off too

Unwarranted. I offered solution by having her send back the entire sandal collection, buyer never mentioned she wanted partial refund. Even sent a paid label for her to ship return. Just because she did not like my solution doesn't warrant negative feedback. I think 2231 positive feedback total is an indication of my eBay experiences.(not realizing the green sandal was damaged, I offered solution). She didn't like my solution, she closed return case and leaves neg feedback. Just wrong!
