The hat is very nice and I love the box. However, I would have liked the decorative box with the hat placed inside a mailing box. It was hard to get all the tape off the decorative box without destroying it. Also the decorative box was delivered during a snow storm and left in the snow. Just a suggestion that you might want to package the lovely merchandise you sell in a safe container when mailing out. I'm still excited to get the hat.
