i understand sellers are not responsible for damage done while shipping, however i wish this seller could have made more effort to ensure these (fragile) items arrived safely & intact. bubble wrap was not secured and all the pieces were left to move around loosely during its trip- leading to one of my teacups breaking completely in half :( thankfully i can glue it together as the break was clean but I'm not pleased about it. im just glad there was no further damage done
